We employed Grant – and the team at GT builders to renovate a residential dwelling to a commercial Childcare Centre. We found Grant who oversaw the project, and his team, to be very professional, highly skilled, courteous and excellent to deal with. This was not an easy project, as we found through the renovation that there needed to be changes to the floor plan, engineering and plumbing, but nothing was a problem and Grant achieved what needed to be done.
